CALACS francophone d’Ottawa | Available in French only. CALACS francophone d'Ottawa is a feminist organization, managed and operated by and for women. In its advocacy for social justice, it denounces sexual assault and fights for women's equality and rights. It offers a multitude of services to women survivors and is actively involved in prevention and awareness in the community. We offer services to French-speaking women 16 years of age and older who have experienced sexual assault. All our services are free and confidential. |
Canadian Resource Centre for Victims of Crime | The CRCVC provides support, research, and education to survivors of serious crime and stakeholders in Canada. All services are free of charge and confidential. CRCVC offer bilingual assistance and advocacy regardless of whether the perpetrator of the crime has been identified, apprehended, prosecuted or convicted. The CRCVC believes victims must be empowered to regain control of their lives. |

The Clinic offers services in social law including immigration law, housing law, family law and income maintenance (e.g. social assistance, ODSP, Canada Pension Plan, employment insurance). |
Coalition of Community Health and Resource Centres of Ottawa | Coalition of Community Health and Resource Centres of Ottawa is a network of multi-purpose community health and resource centers that recognizes the importance of addressing the diversity of needs that exist in local communities and pays particular attention to those community members who are most vulnerable and at risk. |
Connecting Ottawa | Their mandate is to improve access to justice for linguistic minorities and those with communication barriers in Ottawa by working with front-line community workers to develop their capacity to provide appropriate legal information and referrals to clients within these target populations. |

CLEO’s work includes easy-to-navigate websites, interactive interviews that help people complete legal documents, and training for community workers. CLEO focuses on reaching people who face barriers to accessing the justice system, including barriers related to income, racialization, disability, literacy, and language. |
Fédération des aînés et des retraités francophones de l’Ontario | Available in French only. The Fédération des aînés et des retraités francophones de l'Ontario works with Francophones aged 50 and over living in Ontario. It has some 10,500 members across Ontario who are individuals or clubs, day centers or other affiliated organizations. |

Ottawa Community Mediation | OCM offers mediation services free of charge to residents of the City of Ottawa. Their volunteer mediators provide a confidential and impartial conflict resolution service to two or more people who are having a dispute. Their teams can help participants resolve their conflicts and give them the tools to deal with future problems. Their mediators also assist participants in developing their own solutions to create lasting agreements. |
Ministry of the Attorney General of Ontario | MAG is responsible for the administration of the justice system in Ontario and the protection of the public through a wide range of legal services. |
Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization | OCISO helps immigrants settle in Canada by providing creative and culturally and linguistically appropriate programming, building community through mutual respect and partnerships, and fostering healthy and inclusive spaces for open dialogue and healing. |
Collaborative Justice Program | CJP provides one-on-one support to those affected by crime as the criminal justice process unfolds. The social worker helps victims identify and address their needs while ensuring that the offender understands the impact of his or her behaviour. The social worker offers both parties, if they wish, the opportunity to work together toward healing and resolution. |
Reach Canada | Reach mobilizes a network of more than 160 lawyers, mediators and paralegals in the Ottawa region to assist people with disabilities in dealing with legal issues. |
